From St. Louis to Edwardsville, from Alton to Afton the Forge STL team works with local churches to train their members to be missionaries in their local context.
We accomplish this through Missional Residencies, a 13 week learning experience that combines online training, local classroom interaction and missional practices. The final goal is to release a new breed of missionaries to reach their friends, neighbors, co-workers and community with the love and grace of Jesus Christ.

Dave Scott
Director
Dave has been involved in ministry as a lay person for many years. He also has a great deal of expertise in the business world. His passion for Christ and love for community made Forge the perfect fit.
Besides Directing Forge STL Dave runs a catering business. His wife Karen works as the pharmacy director at a St. Louis area hospital.
Joshua Adams
Co-Director
Josh and his wife Tatiana were both raised in pastor’s homes. As preacher’s kids they both were well aware of the inconsistencies between Christ’s ministry and the modern day church’s approach. When Josh encountered Forge for the first time he knew this was what he had been looking for.
Josh works as a chef in Alton, Illinois. His wife Tatiana teaches at a local Montessori School.
